If you don’t have plans drawn up, we can put you in touch with architects, engineers and quantity surveyors who can help.
Once you want to proceed with a more detailed quote, we can discuss what best suits your situation. We offer either a fixed price contract or work with you on an open book basis.

For your construction you choose your level of involvement. We can be on hand all day everyday or update you once a fortnight. You decide.
Our project management service includes co-ordinating all the sub-contractors and material orders so that your job runs smoothly.
You can rest easy in the knowledge that our staff and our sub-contractors will always treat you and your property with respect.
Once we reach practical completion and all the inspections have been successfully passed, we then compile all the necessary documents and submit them to council for the code of compliance certificate.
Only at this point is our work done and you can enjoy your new space.
